TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: January 01, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of virtual tours and HD photography services by Echobooom Management & Entrepreneurial Solutions Private Limited (“Service Provider”) to the individual or entity listed on the Order Request Form (“Customer”). By placing an order with the Service Provider, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
Parties
a. Service Provider
Echobooom Management & Entrepreneurial Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at: Suite 205/6/7, Raheja Plaza, Off New Link Road, Behind Fun Republic, Industrial Area, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400053.
b. Customer
The individual or organization whose details are provided in the signed Order Request Form.
1. Services Provided
Echobooom offers the following GMB-related services:
• Verification Assistance: Ensuring the legitimacy and visibility of business listings. • Suspension Appeals: Assisting businesses in appealing GMB suspensions. • Duplicate Listings Management: Rectifying duplicate listings for a single, accurate business representation. • Profile Issue Resolution: Addressing various profile-related issues for completeness and accuracy.
2. Google Page Registration Requirements
To register a Google Business Page, the Customer must provide the following:
• Storefront Image: A clear image of the business location, including permanent signage. • Business License/Trade License/GST Certificate: Official business registration documents for verification. • Official Website: A separate domain for the business website (not a third-party listing). • Corporate Email ID: A business-specific email address (e.g., xyz@businessname.com). Failure to provide any of these requirements may result in registration delays or rejection by Google.3. Client Responsibilities
To facilitate the smooth execution of our services, clients must provide:
• Ownership Access: Access to the GMB profile via the designated email or access code. • Business Verification Documents: Legal documents such as GST, Trade Certificate, Registration Certificate, or Utility Bills. • Accurate Business Details: Correct information to prevent discrepancies and verification failures. Failure to provide the necessary documents or accurate details may result in delays or an inability to complete the service.
4. Process and Timelines
• Standard processing time is 40 working days, subject to the nature and complexity of the issue. • Duplicate listing resolutions may require additional time due to verification constraints.
These timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond Echobooom’s control.
5. Service Limitations
Echobooom DOES NOT guarantee:
• The appearance of a specific phone number on Google Maps. • Retrieval of suspended profiles deemed ineligible for appeal by Google. • Profile deletion due to outdated information, poor reviews, or ratings. • Posting, editing, or removal of customer reviews on GMB. • Deletion of photos uploaded by third-party users. • Creating a new profile solely for minor business detail changes. • Lifetime support for GMB services—each service is a one-time assistance, unless specified otherwise.
6. Reviews for General Education School Profiles
Please note that Google has currently disabled the ability to submit reviews for School GMB profiles. Therefore, Echobooom does not guarantee or facilitate reviews for educational institutions. Clients from this category are advised to acknowledge this platform-level restriction, as it is beyond our control. Google has officially announced that starting April 30, 2025, reviews and ratings will no longer be allowed on Business Profiles categorized as general education schools (primary & secondary education – including elementary, middle, and high schools).
7. Restricted Categories
Due to verification constraints, Echobooom does not provide GMB services for businesses in the following categories:
• Apartment Complexes • Lawyers • Astrologers • Doctors • Mehndi Artists • Packers and Movers If your business falls under any of these categories, we recommend consulting Google Support directly for assistance.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes related to GMB services, Echobooom requires clients to engage in internal mediation before pursuing legal action. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.

10. Amendments to Terms
Echobooom reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to existing clients as necessary. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Acceptance of Terms
