Terms & Conditions for the Digital Growth Plan
Effective Date: 1st April 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of the Digital Growth Plan by Echobooom Management & Entrepreneurial Solutions Private Limited (“Service Provider”) to the individual or entity listed on the Order Request Form (“Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms outlined herein.
1. Parties
a. Service Provider
Echobooom Management & Entrepreneurial Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at:
Suite 205/6/7, Raheja Plaza, Off New Link Road, Behind Fun Republic, Industrial Area, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400053.
b. Customer
The individual or organization whose details are provided in the signed Order Request Form.
2. Scope of Services
The Digital Growth Plan includes a combination of the following services, depending on the package selected by the Customer:
2.1 Virtual Tour (Google Street View)
Enhance your business visibility on Google Maps with a 360° virtual tour of your physical space.
• Elite: Up to 750 sq. ft.
• Prime: Up to 1500 sq. ft.
• Pinnacle: 2000–3000 sq. ft.
• Ultimate: 3000–5000 sq. ft.
Note: Extra charges apply for spaces exceeding the stated limits based on actual site measurement.
2.2 Networking Kit – Elite Connect Kit
Included in all plans:
• 1 Metal Card
• 1 Tap Pro
• 1 Luxury Card
• 1 Customized Tap Mate
• 1 Google Review Card
Note: Dispatched within 15 working days from plan commencement.
2.3 Google My Business (GMB) Consultation
• Existing profile: Optimization for improved search performance.
• New profile: Creation based on inputs provided by the Customer.
2.4 Professional Videography
A professionally produced promotional video of your business space, services, or offerings.
Includes one final edited video. Additional edits or re-shoots are chargeable.
2.5 High-Definition Photography
Professionally captured and edited photographs suitable for online use:
• Elite: Up to 10 photos
• Prime: Up to 20 photos
• Pinnacle: Up to 30 photos
• Ultimate: Up to 40 photos
2.6 AI Post Pack (Ultimate Plan Only)
12 Instagram-sized static posts generated via AI.
• Based on content inputs shared via a Google Form
• No post-delivery modifications
• No scheduling or posting on behalf of the client
• AI-generated images only; no manual design work or captions
2.7 Google Review Limitation for Schools
As per Google’s current policies, reviews cannot be submitted on Google Business Profiles for educational
institutions (schools). While GMB optimization will be carried out for such institutions as per the agreed scope,
Echobooom cannot influence or enable the review functionality for school profiles, and no claims regarding
review generation shall be entertained for such categories.
3. Timelines & Delivery
• Elite / Prime / Pinnacle Plans: Services will be delivered within 45 working days from the date of complete onboarding.
• Ultimate Plan: Services will be delivered within 60 working days.
Delays caused by the Customer—such as pending payments, delayed content submission, or lack of shoot permissions—may impact the above timelines.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
• 100% advance payment is required to initiate the service.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; GST invoices will be issued.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
• Provide timely inputs, content approvals, and coordination
• Be available for scheduled shoots or consultations
• Ensure accuracy of shared content and business information
Delays or inaccuracies from the Customer’s end may affect delivery timelines.
6. Limitations & Exclusions
• One round of revision is included per deliverable; additional edits are billable.
• The plan does not include social media management, ad services, SEO, or integration with third-party platforms/tools.
• AI-generated creatives are final and cannot be altered post-delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
• All deliverables are original and created specifically for the Customer.
• Full usage rights are granted upon receipt of full payment.
• Echobooom retains the right to feature completed work as part of its portfolio, with appropriate credit.
8. Force Majeure
Echobooom shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, or technology outages.
• All efforts will be made to resolve disputes amicably.
• In the event of legal proceedings, Indian laws shall apply, and jurisdiction will rest exclusively with the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Data Security & Confidentiality
• Echobooom is committed to safeguarding all client data (e.g., photographs, videos, business details, login credentials).
• Data is not shared, rented, or sold to any third parties.
• Any access provided to business platforms will be used solely for the execution of services as per this plan.
• All files and digital assets are stored securely and accessible only to authorized team members.
• Clients are advised to update any shared login credentials after project completion.
12. Termination, Renewal & Governing Agreement
• Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement in writing by providing a minimum of 15 working days’ notice, subject to mutual discussion and settlement of any dues for work completed or in progress. No refunds will be issued for services already initiated or delivered.
• Renewal & Continuation: If applicable, renewal or continuation of services will be discussed and mutually agreed upon in writing prior to the expiry of the current plan. No automatic renewal is implied.
• Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between Echobooom and the Customer and supersedes any and all prior verbal or written communications, representations, or agreements relating to the Digital Growth Plan.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or subscribing to any Digital Growth Plan, the Customer confirms that they:
• Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to provide required data and access to facilitate delivery of the services
• Acknowledge that Echobooom will take all reasonable measures to protect the information shared
